Section 116
Auditor's accuracy in the audit report
: (1) In the audit report prepared by an auditor appointed by a company in accordance with this Act, the person himself shall sign and disclose the date.
(2) If a company appoints an accounting professional organization that has received a certificate of auditing according to the prevailing law as an auditor, the member who has been granted the right according to the decision of the partners of such organization must sign the audit report and disclose the date.
